2025 Thurston County Fair Camping

*NON-REFUNDABLE PURCHASE*

Camping is for 4 days of the Thurston County Fair Thursday, July 31-Sunday, August 3, 2025.
Camping spaces will be assigned based on size of vehicle ONLY.
Electrical Campsites will accommodate up to 35 ft., with a few longer spots available.
Each electrical outlet will be labeled with maximum amps for use. (Please note: 15-amps maximum when using a spider box and 30-amps maximum at each post) We recommend you bring a surge protector and adapter.
Spots will be sold first come first serve.
Once spot has been assigned information will be mailed. Included with your purchase is a 4-day parking pass.
All campers are responsible for parking their own vehicle.
USE OF THE THURSTON COUNTY CAMPGROUNDS AND ITS FACILITIES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Move in will start Sunday, July 27th between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm

THURSTON COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS CAMPING RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERATORS WILL BE USED IN CAMPGROUND X ONLY (EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE A 12 GAGE MINIMUM). GENERATORS SHALL NOT BE USED BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 11:00 P.M. AND 6 A.M.
NO PART OF THE CAMPER/RV/CAR/TRUCK MAY EXTEND OVER THE SIZE OF THE ASSIGNED CAMPING SIZE.
ONE SEASON PARKING PASS IS INCLUDED WITH EACH CAMPING PERMIT. TOW VEHICLES WILL NEED TO BE PARKED IN THE APPROPRIATE SPACE IN THE LOWER PARKING LOT.
EMPTY STOCK TRAILERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT. THEY MAY BE STORED AT LAKES ELEMENTARY PARKING LOT ON MULLEN ROAD, OR TAKEN HOME.
Z CAMPING SPACES CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 35 FT. IN LENGTH. CAMPING UNITS WILL BE MOVED IN BETWEEN 8 A.M. SUNDAY UNTIL 8 P.M. MONDAY PRIOR TO FAIR.
ALL TRAILERS/RV’S WILL BE CHECKED INTO THE ELECTRICAL (‘Z’ CAMPING) BEFORE THEY WILL BE ALLOWED TO PROCEED TO THEIR ASSIGNED SPACE. AT CHECK IN ALL TRAILERS/RV’S MUST ALSO MATCH THE DESCRIPTION THAT WAS WRITTEN ON THE REGISTRATION FORM AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION

SAFETY REGULATIONS

ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN FLAMES AT ANYTIME, INCLUDING PROPANE FIREPITS
ALL EXTENSION CORDS MUST BE A MINIMUM 12 GAGE
CAMPING SITE ASSIGNED NUMBER MUST BE DISPLAYED AT ALL TIMES
FIRE LANES MAY NOT BE BLOCKED AT ANYTIME AND MUST BE OPEN AND CLEAR AT ALL TIMES
